WILD CANOEING: RIBEIRO CAVALO'S BEACH - CAVES
Imagine you sailing in a kayak through sacred beaches, passing by tunnels between rocks and visiting caves. I's a dazzling scenery isn't it? Stopping by Ribeiro Cavalo's Beach for an eventual swim in calm and transparent waters, and of course, taste a typical sweet of the region.

Course characteristics
- Distance
lLong course: 10.000 meters. (Mijona's Beach)
Short course: 7.600 meters. (Frade's Cove)
- Difficulty: Low/Medium (Depends on the weather and sea conditions for the day -direction and wind intensity).
- Time: 3 to 4 hours.
Requirements to practique
- Minimum age to practice:
10 years old.
- Older than 4 years, provided that accompanied by the parents or a responsable. This participant will occupy the kayak's middle sit, and therefore will have a 50% discount in the inscription value.

Recomendations
- Wear appropiated shoes and clothes.
- Sunscreen.
- Water and light snack.
- Towel.
- We organize group events with flexible dates with an advance reserve.
- The events have a minimum of 6 participants, or the payment to the correspondent value.
- We offer barbecues and lunches for any given trip, paid separately.
- You may request transport to the facilities and housing, also paid separately.
- In case of cancelling the event, we return the inscriptions or reservations full value.
OPTION
(A full day at the Ribeiro do Cavalo's Beach with lunch and several activities)
The participants can choose a full day with activities having a meal on the beach, where will be an awning to welcome you.
